Immunocytochemical analysis of TOP2A in A431 cells using a TOP2A Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-85985) as seen in green. Cells were fixed in paraformaldehyde, permeabilised with 0.25% Triton X100/PBS and counterstained with DAPI in order to highlight the nucleus (blue).
