WB result of anti-TPPP3 (15057-1-AP, 1:500) with HEK-293 cells (siRNA transfected with) by Dr. Yupeng Chen. (Negative control or TPPP3 specific siRNAs were transfected into HEK-293 cells with the final concentration of 20 nM. Forty eight hours after transfection, cells were lysed with RIPA buffer and subjected to SDS PAGE).

This antibody detects the 19-20 kDa TPPP3 in HeLa and PC-3 cells. The non-specific bands between 40 and 60 kDa were also occasionally observed.
