Western blot analysis of TPX2 in Lane 1: human HeLa whole cell lysate, Lane 2: human COLO-320 whole cell lysate, Lane 3: human U-87MG whole cell lysate, Lane 4: human SGC-7901 whole cell lysate, Lane 5: rat PC-12 whole cell lysate, Lane 6: mouse HEPA1-6 whole cell lysate using 50 µg (reducing conditions) per well. Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is found in the nucleolus and is similar to that of a family of genes on the Y-chromosome. This gene is intronless. Defects in this gene are a cause of sudden infant death with dysgenesis of the testes syndrome (SIDDT).
