TRIM37 Antibody (A301-174A) in WB
Detection of human TRIM37 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, RKO, OVCAR-8, MCF-7, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TRIM37 antibody (Product # A301-174A lot 2) used for WB at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Target Information
Phosphorylates phosphatidylinositol (PI) in the first committed step in the production of the second messenger inositol-1, 4, 5, -trisphosphate (PIP). PI4KB may regulate Golgi disintegration/reorganization during mitosis, possibly via its phosphorylation.
