TRIM6 Antibody (PA5-143867) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of TRIM6 in U2OS cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in TRIM6 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143867) using a dilution of 2 μg/mL. DyLight®488 conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody at 1:100 dilution and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. The section was counterstained with DAPI. Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: human K56 whole cell, human HEK293 whole cell, human A549 whole cell, rat thymus tissue, mouse thymus tissue. IHC: human tonsil tissue, mouse thymus tissue, rat spleen tissue. ICC/IF: U20S cell. Flow: 293T cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. TRIM6 is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. The protein localizes to the nucleus, but its specific function has not been identified.The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family.
