TRIO Antibody (PA5-80188) in WB
Western blot analysis of TRIO in rat cardiac muscle extract (lane 1), rat skeletal muscle extract (lane 2), mouse cardiac muscle extract (lane 3), mouse skeletal muscle extract (lane 4) and HeLa whole cell lysate (lane 5). Sample was incubated with TRIO polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-80188) at a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL. Signal development was performed using a chemiluminescence (ECL) kit.
