TRPC7 Antibody (PA5-148220) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of TRPC7 in Hela cells. Samples were incubated with TRPC7 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-148220) using a dilution of 1:100 at 4° overnight followed by Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilized with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, and blocked with 10% serum. Counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to Cytoplasm.

Target Information
TRPC7 is thought to form a receptor-activated non-selective calcium permeant cation channel. TRPC7 is probably is operated by a phosphatidylinositol second messenger system activated by receptor tyrosine kinases or G-protein coupled receptors. TRPC7 is also activated by diacylglycerol (DAG). Further, TRPC7 may also be activated by intracellular calcium store depletion.
