TTK Antibody (620-890) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry: Human breast carcinoma (FFPE) stained with Rabbit anti-TTK (Cat# 620-890) at 1:200 for 10 min @ RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissue requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM Citrate Buffer, pH 6.0 for 10 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.

Target Information
TTK is a serine/threonine kinase closely related to SPK1, PIM 1 and CDC2 serine/threonine kinases. TTK is a dual-specificity kinase, which can also phosphorylate tyrosine. It consists of a common heteromeric core enzyme, which is composed of a catalytic subunit and a constant regulatory subunit, that associates with a variety of regulatory subunits. The constant regulatory subunit A serves as a scaffolding molecule to coordinate the assembly of the catalytic subunit and a variable regulatory B subunit. TTK encodes an alpha isoform of the constant regulatory subunit A. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.
