Detection of human TTYH3 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from NCI-H226, HEK293T, HeLa, Jurkat, and Hs 294T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TTYH3 antibody (A305-705A lot 2) used for WB at 0.04 mg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
