Western blot analysis of TWF2 in extracts of various cell lines. Samples were incubated with TWF2 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-96451) using a dilution of 1:1,000, followed by HRP Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 25 µg per lane. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST. Detection: ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 180s.

Target Information
TWF2 encodes a protein that was identified by its interaction with the catalytic domain of protein kinase C-zeta. The encoded protein contains an actin-binding site and an ATP-binding site. It is most closely related to twinfilin, a conserved actin monomer-binding protein.
