TXNDC5 Antibody (PA5-85437) in WB
Western blot analysis of TXNDC5 in wild-type (WT) and TXNDC5 knockout (KO) 293T cell extracts (30 µg). Samples were incubated with TXNDC5 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-85437) using a dilution of 1:1,000 followed by HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG. Separated by 10% SDS-PAGE.

Target Information
This gene encodes a protein-disulfide isomerase. Its expression is induced by hypoxia and its role may be to protect hypoxic cells from apoptosis. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
