Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Rat muscle; Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15min; Block endogenous peroxidase by 3% hydrogen peroxide for 20 minutes; Blocking buffer (normal goat serum) at 37°C for 30min; Antibody incubation with UCHL3 Polyclonal Antibody, Unconjugated (bs-11676R) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, DAB staining.

Target Information
Regulatory associated protein of mTOR (RAPTOR) is a binding partner of target of rapamycin (TOR). It binds to 4EBP1 and p70alpha. The binding of raptor to mTOR is essential for the mTOR-catalyzed phosphorylation of 4EBP1 in vitro. It enhances the mTOR kinase activity toward p70alpha. It is also an essential scaffold for the mTOR-catalyzed phosphorylation of 4EBP1 and mediates TOR action in vivo.
