USP33 Antibody in Immunocytochemistry (ICC/IF) — Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed U2OS cells using 20445-1-AP (USP33 antibody) at dilution of 1:50 and Alexa Fluor 488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L).

USP33 Antibody in Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) (IHC (P)) — Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human prostate cancer tissue slide using 20445-1-AP (USP33 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens) heat mediated antigen retrieved with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9).

USP33 Antibody in Western Blot (WB) — Mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20445-1-AP (USP33 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

USP33 Antibody in Immunoprecipitation (IP) — IP result of anti-USP33 (IP:20445-1-AP, 4ug; Detection:20445-1-AP 1:300) with HEK-293 cells lysate 2400ug.

Target Information

DNA-directed RNA polymerase I subunit RPA43 or Twist neighbor protein (Twistnb)belongs to the eukaryotic RPA43 RNA polymerase subunit family. It catalyzes the transcription of DNA into RNA using the four ribonucleoside triphosphates as substrates.Twistnb is the component of RNA polymerase I which synthesizes ribosomal RNA precursors. It is widely expressed in all fetal and adult tissues, with highest expression in fetal lung, liver, and kidney, and low expression in all adult tissues. Twist genes are essential for embryonic development and are conserved from jellyfish to human.
