USP44 Antibody (PA5-143988) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of USP44 in A431 cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in USP44 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143988) using a dilution of 4 μg/mL. Adding 0.2 mL of distilled water will yield a concentration of 500 µg/mL.
Positive Control - WB: rat testis tissue, mouse testis tissue. IHC: human testicular cancer tissue, human rectal cancer tissue. ICC/IF: A431 cell. Flow: A431 cell.|Store at -20°C for one year from date of receipt. After reconstitution, at 4°C for one month. It can also be aliquotted and stored frozen at -20°C for six months. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
Target Information
Modification of cellular proteins by ubiquitin is an essential regulatory mechanism controlled by the coordinated action of multiple ubiquitin-conjugating and deubiquitinating enzymes. USP44 belongs to a large family of cysteine proteases that function as deubiquitinating enzymes.[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008].
