VMAT2 Antibody (PA5-102661) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of VMAT2 in mouse ovarian tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with VMAT2 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-102661) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
VMAT2 is involved in the ATP-dependent vesicular transport of biogenic amine neurotransmitters. pumps cytosolic monoamines including dopamine, norepinephrine, serotonin, and histamine into synaptic vesicles. It is a requisite for vesicular amine storage prior to secretion via exocytosis.
