1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 µg CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human WDR61 (CL488-22536) (red), or 0.8 µg CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Target Information
SKI8 is a component of the PAF and SKI complex which is composed of SKI2, SKI3 and SKI8. These are involved in transcriptional regulation and events downstream of RNA synthesis. Interaction of the SKI complex with SKI7 links the SKI complex to the exosome in order to perform mRNA degradation.
