ZFYVE20/Rabenosyn 5 Antibody (A304-948A) in WB
Detection of human and mouse ZFYVE20 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, HEK293T, Jurkat, mouse TCMK-1, and mouse NIH 3T3 cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ZFYVE20 antibody (Product # A304-948A) (lot A304-948A-1) used for WB at 0.1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Target Information
This gene encodes a zinc finger transcription factor. The encoded protein likely plays a role in transcriptional repression of interleukin 2. Mutations in this gene have been associated with posterior polymorphous corneal dystrophy-3 and late-onset Fuchs endothelial corneal dystrophy. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described.
