ZNF148 Antibody (PA5-99320) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescent analysis of ZNF148 in HeLa cells. Samples were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100, blocked with 10% serum (45 min at 25°C) incubated with ZNF148 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-99320) using a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, 37°C), and followed by goat anti-rabbit IgG Alexa Fluor 594 at a dilution of 1:600.

Target Information
ZNF148 is involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF148 represses the transcription of a number of genes including gastrin, stromelysin and enolase. ZNF148 binds to the G-rich box in the enhancer region of these genes.
