Immunofluorescent analysis of ZNRF1 in paraffin-embedded mouse cerebral cortex tissue following microwave antigen retrieval with a citrate buffer, pH 6, using a ZNRF1 polyclonal antibody (Product# PA5-37982) at a dilution of 10ug/ml. Detection of ZNRF1 was performed using a biotinylated anti-goat secondary antibody followed by streptavidin-Alexa Fluor 488 (green, left). Neurofilament M was stained using a labeled secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:100 (red, center), and a merged image is shown on the right.
