eIF1 Antibody (PA5-143916) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of eIF1 in T-47D cells. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. Samples were then incubated in eIF1 Polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-143916) using a dilution of 5 μg/mL.
