Immunofluorescent analysis of mCherry in HeLa cells. mCherry fusion protien-transfected HeLa cells were fixed in Triton X-100 for 1 min, then 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 30 min and stained using a mCherry polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-34974) diluted at 1:500. Red: mCherry is expressed in the tranfected cell. Blue: Hoechst 33342 staining.
