The new, fully validated Applied Biosystems™ TaqPath™ Respiratory Viral Select Panel is a multiplex, real-time PCR (qPCR) in vitro diagnostic (IVD) test for identifying five common respiratory viruses in under three hours.

The TaqPath Rspiratory detects Adenovirus, Human Metapneumovirus, Rhinovirus/Enterovirus** and Parainfluenza*** virus. The panel can test from one to 94 samples per run and can be paired with the Applied Biosystems™ TaqPath™ COVID-19, Flu A/B, RSV Combo Kit to expand your respiratory virus testing menu. This helps ensure detection of and differentiation between multiple life-threatening viruses that show overlapping symptoms.
