Working with collaborators at National Jewish Health (Denver CO), Dr. Srinka Ghosh and other Applications Scientists at Thermo Fisher Scientific helped improve an existing ChIP-Seq protocol for the Ion Proton™ System, and presented their results in a poster titled “Approach for limited cell ChIP-Seq on a semiconductor-based sequencing system”. In addition, Dr. Brian O’Connor of National Jewish Health presented data from this collaboration at a Thermo Fisher Scientific ASHG workshop. Here is an interview with Dr. Ghosh at ASHG.
