A major theme at this year’s American Association for Cancer Research meeting has been tumor heterogeneity, and Stephen Jackson (Thermo Fisher Scientific) presents a poster entitled “Identification of rare and novel alleles in FFPE tumor samples using laser capture microdissection (LCM) and Ion AmpliSeq™ sequencing technologies”.
