Marion Laig (Thermo Fisher Scientific) describes her poster, “TaqMan Rare Mutation Assays for QuantStudio 3D Digital PCR System” in this video interview, combining 60 TaqMan SNP Genotyping research assays, with tested performance as low as 0.1% mutant allele frequency. She presented this poster at the American Association for Cancer Research meeting held in Philadelphia PA.
