FlexCare services* offer four distinct service plans to cater to different operational scales and needs:
- Extended warranty: For those purchasing new systems, an extended warranty option is available, offering long-term reliability and peace of mind.
- Essential plan: Ideal for smaller operations, unlimited repair service offering remote technical support with response times by the next business day and on-site visits within 3 business days. One preventive maintenance visit and loyalty discounts are also included.
- Premier plan: For operations where uptime is critical, this plan aims to provide faster response times with same-day remote support and on-site visits within 1–2 business days, and spare parts are included. One preventive maintenance visit and loyalty discounts are also included.
- Enterprise plan: Designed for large-scale production facilities managing 25+ assets, this fully customizable plan offers a more tailored white glove service with options such as same-day remote and on-site support, onsite training, consumables support, and so much more.
*Response times listed above reflect typical expectations. We make every effort to meet them, but actual times may vary due to request complexity, volume, or other unforeseen factors. Weekends and holidays are excluded unless included as part of the Enterprise service package selection.
