The online elemental analyzer provides chemistry analysis every minute to allow quick and accurate changes to be made to the process, so consistent raw material quality results with minimal deviation. Well controlled kiln feed chemistry with low variability has lower energy requirements and creates stable operating conditions. Also included in the video is an explanation of Prompt Gamma Neutron Activation Analysis (PGNAA) and how gamma rays are used to provide an energy spectrum of the samples for accurate analysis.
