About This Kit
Human FCGRT ELISA Kit is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for quantitative detection of human FCRN in cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum samples.
Target information
FCGRT binds to the Fc region of monomeric immunoglobulins gamma. It mediates the uptake of IgG from milk. It plays a possible role in transfer of immunoglobulin G from mother to fetus.
