About This Kit
900-K315K consists of: 900-K315 (capture antibody, detection antibody, and protein standard), and AVIDIN-60UL (avidin HRP-conjugate).
Human IGFBP-1 ABTS ELISA Development Kit contains the key components required for the quantitative measurement of natural and/or recombinant human IGFBP-1 in a sandwich ELISA format. Human IGFBP-1 ABTS ELISA Development Kit contains enough material to assay the target cytokine in at least 1,000 ELISA plate wells.
The ABTS ELISA Buffer Kit (Product # 900-K00), sold separately, is recommended to be used in conjunction with this ABTS ELISA Development Kit for optimal performance. This buffer kit contains all the necessary components to assay ten 96-well ELISA plates (included) and contains detailed handling instructions.
Target information
This gene is a member of the insulin-like growth factor binding protein (IGFBP) family and encodes a protein with an IGFBP domain and a thyroglobulin type-I domain. The protein binds both insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) I and II and circulates in the plasma. Binding of this protein prolongs the half-life of the IGFs and alters their interaction with cell surface receptors.
