About This Kit
Rat CINC-2 quantitates rat CINC-2 in serum, plasma, supernatant. The assay will exclusively recognize both natural and recombinant rat CINC-2.
Target information
CXCL3 may play a role in inflammation and exert its effects on endothelial cells in an autocrine fashion. All three isoforms of GRO are CXC chemokines that can signal through the CXCR1 or CXCR2 receptors. The GRO proteins chemoattract and activate neutrophils and basophils.
