This comprehensive workshop series provides an in-depth exploration of the epitope analysis capabilities within HLA Fusion, led by our Antibody Technical Training team. Through a sequence of focused sessions, participants will learn to navigate and apply the full suite of tools used to evaluate antibody specificity, understand sensitization patterns, and support donor-recipient compatibility assessments.
The program covers both modules of HLA Matchmaker - Epitope Matching for donor-recipient compatibility evaluation and Epitope Analysis for interpreting antibody reactivity patterns in sensitized transplant candidates. Attendees will gain hands-on experience with additional analytical tools, including the Epitope Panel, Epitope Lookup Table, and the Amino Acid Module, which offers a dynamic sequence-based approach for identifying shared amino acid motifs across reacting alleles.
Across the series, learners will deepen their understanding of epitope concepts, strengthen their ability to interpret complex antibody data, and apply these software functionalities to real-world case scenarios. By the end of the program, participants will be equipped to confidently use HLA Fusion’s advanced analytical features to support clinical decision-making in transplantation.
