Description

GeneChip™ System 3000Dx v.2
GeneChip System 3000Dx v.2 ('GCS 3000Dx v.2' or 'Dx2') is the first microarray platform that is regulatory cleared for diagnostic use in the United States, Europe, Japan, South Korea, and Mexico and is registered in multiple other countries.

GCS 3000Dx v.2 is a robust microarray platform for clinical applications. It is the only FDA-IVD and CE-IVD microarray platform for manufacturers to use with their own cleared RNA or DNA microarray-based clinical tests.

Take the proven path to market
GCS 3000Dx v.2–FDA-cleared and CE-marked for in vitro diagnostic use–consists of GeneChip Scanner 3000Dx v.2, GeneChip Fluidics Station 450Dx v.2, and Workstation with Molecular Diagnostics Software. Molecular Diagnostics Software provides an intuitive user interface that is designed to meet the needs of the diagnostic lab, ensure patient privacy, and meet the regulatory requirements for a Class II Medical Device.

GCS 3000Dx v.2 is the foundation of the Clinical Toolkit, which includes cGMP-manufactured microarrays. Clinical partners can also obtain design and development support from us for the commercialization of their own cleared diagnostic products under our partnership program.
