You will need the included ARR files, in order to correctly link the related files.

We recommend checking the non-active worklist and archiving and purging that worklist from the system. Without regular purging, the increasing number of requests in this worklist can inhibit the software. After the non-active worklist is cleared out, recreate the test requests and proceed with processing.

This means that the scan results are still in the system, but there are too many test requests in the non-active worklist, preventing the system from moving the results to the server. We recommend checking and clearing out the non-active worklist in the system by performing both the "Archive" and "Purge" functions. The system should be rebooted after the "Archive" and "Purge" are both complete. The arrays do not have to be rescanned as the data are already in the system.
