The Axiom Maize6H Genotyping Array (60K) is a component of our Axiom Genotyping Solution in which target genomic DNA is prepared and processed on the GeneTitan Multi-Channel Instrument. The automated process includes hybridization of the gDNA to this high-throughput microarray, followed by staining, washing, imaging, and output of SNP genotyping data for further analysis. The Axiom Maize6H Genotyping Array (60K) was developed and designed in collaboration with the Maize Research Center, Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, China. This array is also available in 384HT format (Cat. No. 551098).

Axiom Maize6H Genotyping Array (60K) content
• Contains 61,282 markers that are evenly distributed across the entire genome
• 90% of the content is classified as high-performance markers with MAF and PIC >0.2
• Based on the whole genome sequencing data of 388 representative maize inbred lines that were filtered for high SNP quality scores
• 100 chloroplast loci present
