PPP4R1 Antibody (A300-837A-T) in IP
Detection of human PPP4R1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PPP4R1 antibody BL3114 (Product # A300-837A) used for IP at 3 µg/mg lysate. PPP4R1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PPP4R1 antibody BL3111 (Product #A300-836A), which recognizes an upstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated PPP4R1, BL3111 was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.
