ENH/PDLIM5 Antibody (A301-703A) in IP
Detection of human ENH/PDLIM5 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ENH/PDLIM5 antibody (Product # A301-703A) (lot 2) used for IP at 3 µg per reaction. ENH/PDLIM5 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ENH/PDLIM5 antibody A301-704A. For blotting immunoprecipitated ENH/PDLIM5, A301-704A was used at 1 µg/mL. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
