Detection of human HPS4 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from HeLa, 293T, and Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-HPS4 antibody A305-513A-M (lot A305-513A-M-1) used for WB at 1:1000. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.

Chloride intracellular channel 4 (CLIC4) protein, encoded by the CLIC4 gene, is a member of the p64 family; the gene is expressed in many tissues and exhibits a intracellular vesicular pattern in Panc-1 cells (pancreatic cancer cells).
