CAPZA1 Antibody (MA5-25093) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded prostate tissue. To expose target proteins, 10mM citric buffer, pH6.0, 100°C for 10min was used. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were probed with a CAPZA1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-25093) at a dilution of 1:50.

Target Information
CAPZA1 is a member of the F-actin capping protein alpha subunit family. This gene encodes the alpha subunit of the barbed-end actin binding protein. The protein regulates growth of the actin filament by capping the barbed end of growing actin filaments.
