SIGLEC10 Antibody (MA5-43574) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry of SIGLEC10 in paraffin-embedded human cerebellum tissue. Samples were incubated in monoclonal SIGLEC10 antibody (Product # MA5-43574) using a dilution of 10 µg/mL, followed by HRP-Linked Caprine Anti-Mouse IgG at a dilution of 2 µg/mL and DAB.

SIGLECs are members of the immunoglobulin superfamily that are expressed on the cell surface. Most SIGLECs have 1 or more cytoplasmic immune receptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs, or ITIMs. SIGLECs are typically expressed on cells of the innate immune system, with the exception of the B-cell expressed SIGLEC6.
