CK1 delta Antibody (MA5-50957) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin) analysis of CK1 delta in human cerebrum tissue using CK1 delta Monoclonal Antibody (C3) (Product # MA5-50957) (30 µg/mL) and using PBS intead of the primary antibody as a control. The sample was then stained with HRP-Goat anti-Mouse IgG polyclonal secondary antibody (2 µg/mL). DAB staining.

Target Information
CSNK1D (CK1 delta), a serine/threonine kinase, plays a critical role in Wnt/beta-catenin signaling pathway. This pathway is important in both development and cancer. The encoded protein may also be involved in the regulation of apoptosis, circadian rhythm, microtubule dynamics, chromosome segregation, and p53-mediated effects on growth. The encoded protein is highly similar to the mouse and rat CK1 delta homologs. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for CK1 delta.
