Western blot analysis of SEMA5A in Rat Cerebrum lysate. Samples were incubated with SEMA5A monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-51131) using a dilution of 0.2 µg/mL followed by HRP-Linked Caprine Anti-Mouse IgG secondary antibody at a dilution of 0.2 µg/mL.
