RNF146 Antibody (MA5-55652) in WB
Western blot analysis of RNF146 in 15 µg of rat brain. Sample was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane, and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. RNF146 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Incubation with primary RNF146 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-55652) at a dilution of 1 µg/mL was used.
