RAC1 Antibody (MA5-56402) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of RAC1 with HL-60 cells. Cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde (20 min, room temp), permeabilized with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS (5 min, room temp), then blocked with 1% BSA in 10% negative goat serum (1 hr, room temp). Next they were incubated with RAC1 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-56402)at a dilution of 1:100 in 1% BSA in PBST overnight at 4 &(8)451;. Followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L at a dilution of 1:1,000. DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue).

Target Information
The protein encoded by this gene is a GTPase which belongs to the RAS superfamily of small GTP-binding proteins. Members of this superfamily appear to regulate a diverse array of cellular events, including the control of cell growth, cytoskeletal reorganization, and the activation of protein kinases. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
