Immunohistochemistry analysis of SMCHD1 with paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue. The tissues were blocked in 1% BSA (20 min, room temp), washed with ddH2O and PBS, incubated with SMCHD1 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-56441) at a dilution of 1:200 (1 hr, room temp).

Required for maintenance of X inactivation in females and hypermethylation of CpG islands associated with inactive X.
