Immunocytochemical staining of SRSF6 in HepG2 cells using SRSF6 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-57265) at a 1:1,1000 dilution. Nuclei were stained blue with DAPI; SR protein repeat was stained magenta with Alexa Fluor® 647. Images were taken using Leica stellaris 5. Protein abundance based on laser Intensity and smart gain: Medium. Scale bar: 20 μm.
