IP6K1 Antibody (MA5-58036) in WB
Western blot analysis of IP6K1 in Hep G2, mouse brain, mouse lung, and rat brain (25 µg/lane). Samples were incubated overnight at 4°C with IP6K1 Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-58036) using a dilution of 1:2, 500. Followed by a HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Secondary Antibody at 1:10,000 dilution. Blocking buffer: 3% nonfat dry milk in TBST; Exposure: 60 seconds.

Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the inositol phosphokinase family. The encoded protein may be responsible for the conversion of inositol hexakisphosphate (InsP6) to diphosphoinositol pentakisphosphate (InsP7/PP-InsP5). It may also convert 1,3,4,5,6-pentakisphosphate (InsP5) to PP-InsP4. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described.
