TRAF3 Isoform 2 is a variant of the TNF receptor-associated factor 3 (TRAF3) gene, which plays a crucial role in the regulation of immune responses, inflammation, and cell survival. TRAF3 is a part of the TRAF protein family, which mediates signal transduction from various receptors of the TNF receptor superfamily, Toll-like receptors (TLRs), and other immune receptors.
