SRMS Antibody (PA5-100918) in ICC/IF
Immunocytochemistry analysis of SRMS in Hela cells. The samples were fixed with PFA and permeabilized in 0.1% Triton X-100, then blocked in 10% serum for 45 minutes at 25°C. Samples were incubated with SRMS polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-100918) and mouse anti-beta tubulin antibody for 1 hour at 37°C. An AlexaFluor594 conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (Red) and an AlexaFluor488 conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG (Green) were used as the secondary antibodies. The nuclear counter stain is DAPI (blue).

Target Information
SRMS (Srm) is a tyrosine protein kinase (SRC sub-family) that may be involved in the proliferation and differentiation of keratinocytes. Non-receptor tyrosine-protein kinase which phosphorylates DOK1 on tyrosine residues. Also phosphorylates KHDRBS1/SAM68 and VIM on tyrosine residues. Phosphorylation of KHDRBS1 is EGF-dependent.
