FRK Antibody (PA5-101112) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of FRK in rat liver tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with FRK polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-101112) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
FRK (PTK5) is a nuclear protein and may function during G1 and S phase of the cell cycle, suppressing growth. The human FRK gene maps to chromosome 6q21-q22.3 and encodes a 505 amino acid protein. The protein belongs to the TYR family of protein kinases. This tyrosine kinase is a nuclear protein and may function during G1 and S phase of the cell cycle and suppress growth.
