TAS1R3 Antibody (PA5-102260) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry analysis of TAS1R3 in mouse testis tissue. The sample was formaldehyde fixed and a heat mediated antigen retrieval step in citrate buffer was performed. Samples were incubated with TAS1R3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-102260) using a dilution of 1:100 (4°C overnight) followed by HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit secondary antibody.

Target Information
The protein encoded by T1R3 is a G-protein coupled receptor involved in taste responses. The encoded protein can form a heterodimeric receptor with TAS1R1 to elicit the umami taste response, or it can bind with TAS1R2 to form a receptor for the sweet taste response.
